Mint leaves have a fresh, sweet and warm flavour with a cool aftertaste. Mint is used in teas, beverages, jellies, syrups, candies, ice creams & desserts, mint chocolates lamb dishes, sources, and many Asian cuisines. Also in alcoholic drinks used for flavour or garnish.

The fresh or dried, mint leaves use for culinary purpose but fresh leaves usually preferred when storage of fresh leave is not a problem. Mint leaf colors range from dark green and gray-green to purple, blue, and sometimes pale yellow.  It can be found in many environments, but best grown in wet environments and moist soils.
Mint essential oil and menthol are used as breath freshers, mouth rinse, toothpaste, chewing gum. Menthol from mint essential oil is an ingredient of many cosmetics and perfumes. Menthol & mint essential oil are also used in aromatherapy.
